Natasa Pilides

Independent Director

Appointed as Independent Director of AstroBank Public Company Limited in November 2024. Ms. Pilides is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and holds a first class degree with distinction in Modern Languages and Literature – French and Italian from the University of Oxford. She previously served as Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry for the period July 2020 – March 2023 and as the first Deputy Minister for Shipping of the Republic of Cyprus for the period 2018 – 2020. She has also served as the Director General of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) and has 15 years’ of work experience in the private sector.
