WILLIAM J. GALLAGHER

Independent Director

Appointed as Independent Director of Astrobank Public Company Limited in August 2022. Mr. William J. Gallagher holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a Diplôme in European Union law from the College of Europe. He has been a member of the New York Bar since 1991. Mr. Gallagher started his career in 1991 as Corporate Finance Associate at a law firm in New York and has since worked in various managerial and executive positions at major international financial institutions in both London and New York. Currently, he has been working as adjunct lecturer in finance at the ESCP Business School (UK) and in law at the University of Nicosia School of Law (Cyprus), as well as a consultant for Dynamic Counsel Ltd (Cyprus) and Globalee Investment Services (Australia).
