Eligible applicants: Physical persons, permanent Cyprus residents.
Purpose:

Purchase and installation of:

  • photovoltaic systems, including the purchase and installation of battery 
  • roof thermal insulation (in combination with photovoltaic systems)
  • heating and cooling systems
  • Electric vehicle recharging infrastructure1
1 charging station and smart energy meter, with purpose the charging of an electric or hybrid (plug-in) vehicle
Amount: €3,000–€15,000
Duration: Up to 8 years. The borrower’s age at loan maturity must not exceed 65 years 
Initial Bank Charges:
  • Arrangement fees €100
Required Collaterals:
  • Either mortgage or personal guarantees
  • Assignment of life insurance
  • Assignment of property insurance in the event of a mortgage
  • Any other security that may be required by the Bank

  • The consumer has the right of withdrawal; 5 working days in the event that the collateral is mortgage over residence, 14 calendar days in the event that the collateral is personal guarantees
