Physical persons, permanent Cyprus residents, aged from 25 years old and up to 65 years old at the maturity of the facility.
Duration:

Up to 15 years
Purpose:

Renovation/upgrading of energy efficiency for primary or holiday home, to energy efficiency category A or B
Loan Amount:

Up to €80,000

The loan amount can be up to 70% of the value of the primary residence
Bank Fees:
  • No Arrangement fees
  • No early repayment fees
Required Collaterals:
  • First legal mortgage over the property to be financed.
  • Assignment of life and property insurance.
  • Any other security that may be required by the Bank.
