The Housing Overdraft allows you to make payments for amounts over your minimum monthly payment, at any time, with no early repayment fees. This allows you to decrease your debit balance and thus the interest you will be charged during the next interest capitalization. Simultaneously, the additional payments made will remain available and you may use these funds at any time, provided that you do not exceed the limit of your housing overdraft account.
