What are the operation hours of AstroBank daily?

The opening hours of AstroBank branches daily are as follows: Monday to Thursday 8:00-14:30 and Friday 8:00-14:00. All branches remain closed during Saturday and Sunday as well as during Bank Holidays.  You may also contat our Call Center which is avaibale 24/7 including bank holidays on 800 11 800 (or +357 22 575555 from abroad) and one of our operators will attend to you shortly.

If I move to a different location/town would I also need to change my branch?
Most certainly not! You may visit any AstroBank branch irrelevant of your location.
Can I carry out any transaction from whichever AstroBank branch I visit?
Of course! You receive the same services at any AstroBank branch you visit, irrelevant of where your account was originally opened.
What is required to open a bank account with AstroBank?

In order to open a bank account with AstroΒank, in the case of Permanent Residents of Cyprus you must visit one of our branches and present a valid ID card and a recent Utility Bill in your name as proof of address (maximum 3 months old). In the case of non-Permanent Residents, one should present a valid Passport, a recent Utility bill in their name as proof of address (maximum 3 months old) and where necessary further documents will be requested. A brief procedure follows in order to complete and sign the account opening forms.

What is the daily cash withdrawal limit from the ATM?
The daily cash withdrawal limit from the ATM is €800.
What is the daily card limit of AstroBank cards?
The daily card usage limit of AstroBank cards is set to €1200.
Can I use my AstroBank cards abroad?
Of course! All the AstroBank cards are acceptable to Cyprus and worldwide.
