Using technology as a means to simplify procedures and to first and foremost improve the customer experience, AstroBank is now launching a new online service, for clients to schedule their appointments with bank representatives at any branch of their choice.

At a time when technology has become an integral part of daily life and with the difficulties arising from the Covid-19 pandemic in mind, this new online appointment scheduling system simplifies banking even further. It helps save time from waiting in lines at the branch, as every meeting can be scheduled online in advance! Clients can make use of these appointments to discuss with the bank’s specialised staff matters regarding loans, credit cards, insurance and other banking solutions.

Current or new clients can arrange “Online Appointments” through the bank’s website www.astrobank.com, by filling in a brief online form, in which they will select the branch and times that suit them. The clients will be immediately provided with the details of their appointment via email!

Following its recent paperless cashier service, which allows clients to carry out their transactions at the bank’s counters without using paper, this is another digital solution to add to the many options now available for AstroBank’s clients!
